The Turkish Get Up is a great full body movement, using different object you are testing your overhead, midline and lower body stability. We had a question come through asking how can you progress from a Kettlebell to a Barbell after putting a video up of us using th Barbell to do a Turkish Get Up. So in this video we go through how we feel is a good way to progress to a Barbell as well as some of the main differences in using some different peices of equipment to do this movement.
