FUSION STRENGTH & MOVEMENT
These classes are designed to concentrate on the strength side of your training. These classes can work as a compliment to other training, including our fitness program or the classes can work as a stand alone program if you are looking to improve your strength and functional movement without having to worry about any high intensity conditioning workouts.
Our strength and movement classes consist of primal movements designed to help you move better and build overall strength through your whole body. The program has a lot of variety and explores a lot of different ways of moving and strengthen your body.
For those looking to enhance the fitness class we have the option to do these classes in conjunction with them, we also have a strength and movement program for those that want to work on their Olympic weightlifting!
If your goal is to get stronger and move better than the Strength and Movement classes are a great fit.
