Helen started training at Fusion Sports & Performance in 2013 and took up coaching in 2014 following a 12 month internship at the box.
In 2015 she completed her Certificate III & IV in Fitness through the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers in 2016.
As a kid Helen was heavily involved in gymnastics and dancing, and in her teen years, volleyball.
She understands the importance of building core strength and improving mobility, and appreciates that every individual has different needs, learns in different ways and will respond to different forms of encouragement.
Helen loves the community spirit at Fusion Sports & Performance and enjoys the constant variety in the workouts and skills development.
She is passionate about helping people reach their goals and will give you the push you need to get you to the end of that workout!
